Mentorship Circles

Mentorship Circles are the heartbeat of WILLNET. These are small, carefully curated groups of women who meet regularly to discuss challenges, share experiences, celebrate wins, and support each other's leadership growth in a safe and structured environment.

Programs — common questions

Free members can attend selected open events and community gatherings. Leadership Circle (Premium) members get priority access and invitations to all programs, including monthly Learning Sessions and Mentorship Circles. Some events may be open to non-members as a taster.
Circles are curated by the WILLNET team based on your career stage, industry, goals, and availability. We take great care to ensure each circle is well-matched so the conversations feel relevant and the support feels genuine. Once matched, you'll meet your circle and begin your regular sessions.
All Learning Sessions and Mentorship Circles are available online, making them accessible to women globally. Community Events are a mix — some are virtual and some are in-person in select locations. Girls Corner runs both virtual workshops and in-person bootcamps.
Girls Corner is designed for teenage girls between the ages of 13 and 19. Parents or guardians can enrol their daughters through the Membership page. Girls can also express interest directly if they're 16 or older. We welcome reach-outs to discuss specific situations.
